Device & Technical Data
We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and general location data (city-level) to optimize your experience and maintain platform security.

Our platform integrates data from the Dubai Land Department, utility providers, and public registries. This data is sourced from publicly available records and authorized data partnerships.
